can i have more than one signature in the fill & sign on one PC

The short answer to your question is: No.
In terms of a Signature image or saved "drawn" signature, those files are saved in the Adobe System and tied to the Email address of the user.
Each user can have only one signature file at a time.
You can change that saved signature during a signing process, and optionally save it as the new signature file, but that would overwrite the previous file.
