Signature Changing when added to Document

Question

Hello Everyone,One of my users is having a weird issue. He is able to add his signature to PDF's and this would be a photo of his handwritten signature. There is one PDF that when he goes to add his signature it changes to the Adobe-generated signature. This is only happening on one document. Any help on what could be causing this would really help.

Thank you for reaching out.

As you have mentioned, the signature image converts to the Adobe generated signature. would you mind sharing the screenshot of a small video of the issue occurring at your end?

If possible can you share the document that you have shared with the user on which the issue occurs.
