Signature Deadline Expired - Options?

Hello All,

One individual on a document with multiple signatories missed the deadlin to sign (yesterday). Due to project timelines, I don't have the option to start this process over again. (And I think the other signatories would be annoyed.)

Options here? Can I start a new signature request process with the document (PDF) that has been signed by the other individuals, sending only to the individual whose signature is missing? Or, can I reaccess the document and extend the individual's time for signing?  Thank you!
