Signature e-mail address

I have changed my email address successfully on my account and verified it. It has been working months now.

 

However, when I use Adobe Sign, the document is sent out from my old email address, not the new one.

 

Adobe is using my new address for ALL OTHER correspondence. But the Adobe Sign feature is not updating.

 

How do I fix this?

If this is happening in Micrososft Windows, does the issue gets resolved if you click on Help--->>> "Repair Installation".
