Signature email send to hotmail not received

Hi,

Since yesterday I am sending documents to be signed to a hotmail account. But the email is not being received in that account. It is not arriving even to spam box or something likethat. The receiver has configured his outlook account to receive messages from echosign and from my email, but it does not work. Anyone knows what to do?
