Signature Field is not highlighted

My client was unable to sign because Signature field is not even highlighted from his PC. It is a simple document. Our client reviews a content and sign. He was using Chrome. He removed and reinstalled Acrobat Reader but it didn't work.

Later on, he tried from a different computer, then, Signature field was properly highlighted and could sign.
