Signature field no longer working on PDFs

Question

We create a number of editable forms. For some reason the Signature field is no longer working. Has anyone else had this issue and is therea work around? It looks ok when I save the PDF 'reader extended- enable more tools' but when the recipient receives it the field is blank.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please confirm if you are creating the PDF form in the Acrobat application and or using a form to upload to Adobe Sign?

Do you experience the issue with a particular PDF? If yes, would you mind sharing the PDF with us so we can check it and share the right information with you?
