Signature Not Visible on Signed Doc. Only Stamp with Client Name & Date

I received a signed document from my client with ADOBE verification that it was signed, but there is no written signature on the signature line. It only had a printed stamp of the person's name and date of signature below the line. What could be the problem? Is it truly valid?

But how can you sign a document with a written signature? In the classic version my account managers each had a written signature that they used for signing documents. Now in the new version there is no place that I can find to request a signature from my account managers that is their written signature template
