Signature/stamp of name & date on multiple pdf files (not multiple pages, just only on first page of pdf file)

Hi,I want to know about how to mark "name & date" on first page of  multiple .pdf files? Not multiple pages, just only first page of pdf file.

Are you using Adobe sign or want to use this with Adobe Sign, or just Acrobat? (In the latter case please report in the Acrobat forum)
