Signature Template / Signature Error
Hi, is there a configuration for Adobe Sign that allows us to revert back to our original configuration, where we can either type our signature or choose from our standard signature template?
My team, as of the past two months, has randomly started experiencing these issues:
1. They are prompted to re-sign their name free-hand. There is no longer an ability to type their signature. Their existing signature template is not provided as an option to choose from. This scenario does not occur with each document submission, but occurs in an apparent random manner.
2. Their signature template (aka, pre-signed signature) is presented as an option to choose. Again, not every time but randomly. When their signature template is presented, it is not always their original signature, but rather a recent signature (such as from that same morning, for a different contract, which they had to sign in free-hand format).
3. They also have to choose a “reason” why they are signing, from a drop-down list. Such as “To apply my signature.” This reason requirement is an extra step and inefficient. Is this an Adobe requirement, or is it an option that can be turned off?
