Signature window not popping up

I have a case where we have used Adobe Sign to send a very simple pdf to a user for signature (older, not-tech savy, Mac user). When clicking the signature box, nothing is happening. No signature window is popping up. Have tested sending to other users (both mac and windows) w/out issue. Any ideas? My guess is possibly a very old/out of date Mac that for some reason is causing issues. Anything to confirm/reject my guess is appreciated.

    Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

     

    As the issue with the particular user, try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Also, the user can try the new incognito window on Chrome.

    If the issue still occurs, ask user to try any alternate machine or mobile browser to check if the issue occurs.
