Signature workflow

Looking to understand how to view where in the signature workflow a document is in? I have several stakeholders who will need to sign a document, I have the license as the creator they do not, as they only need to sign. However their is a need for them to know who has signed and where it is in the workflow. How can this be achieved?

Hello,

Go to the Manage Tab >>> Select the agreement you want to review >>> click the Activity link at the bottom of the right rail options.

Events for any transaction can be reviewed when accessing the document through the Manage Tab. This is an account of all of the steps the agreement when through up until the present. The Audit Report is a saveable version of this information, in PDF form.

Hi Shannon,

I have stakeholders/ execs in the signature workflow that do not have an Adobe sign account, nor do they need to. However they want to know where they are in the workflow and who is is pending with. How can they view this?

Hi Shannon/ and any other contributors who have insights?

Still looking to understand if those in the signature workflow can see where the document is, who it is sitting with? Not the originator who has the license but others? Is this feasible?

Others who are signing do not have a license for Adobesign or access adobesign, they are only signing and want to have visibility to who has signed and who has not?
