Signatures are transposed and showing at the bottom of the page?

I’m noticing that client signatures are appearing transposed and landing at the bottom of the signature page, rather than on the designated client signature line. I’ve double-checked the template, and all fields seem to be set up correctly.

Do you have any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Thanks so much for your help!

Hi Nice HC,

Thank you for reaching out.

It generally happens when the signature file is not added. So, when you send the document, a signature field is automatically added at the end. Could you please share a screenshot of how the signature appears in a private message? Also, please confirm if the signature field was added to the template. Ensure that it was not added as a text field.

If that is not the case, please share the screen recording of how you are sending the document. You can also try sending the document to your alternate email address to check the workflow.

You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Good morning,

I can confirm that the signature box is not a text field and that my template is set up correctly. Everything was working as expected until April 22nd, when the old version (which I preferred) expired.

Since then, using the same template, signatures have been appearing at the bottom of the page rather than in the designated signature field.

Thank you for looking into this!
