Signatures In Wrong Place

Could you please let us know how you created the form and assigned the form fields?

Would it be possible for you to share the form (not filled one) with us? We will check it on our end.

Did you experience this behavior with a particular form or with others?

I also have the same problem - 

I sent my pdf out for signatures, but when it came back the signatures are all on the very last page and not in the correct place. 

Why aren't the signatures where they're supposed to be and how do I fix it?  Thanks.
