Signed documents showing Out for Signature

I've recently had a couple of documents that are fully executed yet show in the "Out for Signature" category.  They are templates/widgets I have been using successfully and a preview of the document properly shows it executed by both parties (and both parties received the signed PDF confirmation).

Anybody know how to move a doc from Out for Signature into the SIGNED pile?
