Signed up for 15 day trial today. Was able to login to signs now not.

Okay - Signed up for trial account.  Changed my adobe ID.  Now I have issues.  Contacted via chat.  blah blah. Transferred over to someone in chat.  Signs chat guy says in essence this transferred chat line is for paying customers - go to forum.  Have a nice day.

Just need sign on to be resolved.  I am testing not just for myself, but also to offer my input to my company (total of 40+ employees) on the out come of my trial.  We use Adobe Pro DC (Enterprise if I'm not mistaken).  I don't know if I should be evaluating another software... because I would hate for my company to invest in this and the support service be lacking.

At this point, I can't even get on sign because it keeps telling me there is an error with my Adobe ID.

Sorry for the trouble caused.

As you have mentioned above, you have registered for the Adobe Sign trial account.

You also have mentioned that you are using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, that already includes the Adobe Sign individual account.

Could you please confirm if you are using the same email address for both the accounts i.e. Adobe Sign trial and Acrobat Pro DC?

As you have changed your Adobe ID,

Please share the email addresses in a private message along with the accounts currently associated with them.
