Okay - Signed up for trial account. Changed my adobe ID. Now I have issues. Contacted via chat. blah blah. Transferred over to someone in chat. Signs chat guy says in essence this transferred chat line is for paying customers - go to forum. Have a nice day.
Just need sign on to be resolved. I am testing not just for myself, but also to offer my input to my company (total of 40+ employees) on the out come of my trial. We use Adobe Pro DC (Enterprise if I'm not mistaken). I don't know if I should be evaluating another software... because I would hate for my company to invest in this and the support service be lacking.
At this point, I can't even get on sign because it keeps telling me there is an error with my Adobe ID.
