signer attaching a document to esign

I have created a PDF Esign document which requires the signer to attach documents in a field, however the option is not available. How can I do this?

It seems that you are registered with us as EchoSign Pro subscription.

Unfortunately, attachment option is not available with your subscription type; you need to upgrade your subscription to activate the feature.
