Signer can not see document

Question

I am routedin a document to mutiple users that must sign in order. One signer is unable to see the document after loging in using an e-mail link. other signers are able to sign just fine.

Please let us know what happens when the user tries to access the document.

Does he get any error messages? Please ensure that the user is signing in with the correct email address.

If possible, share the screen recording with us of the user's steps in a private message.
