signer inputted text which exceeds text box - how to view?

I am receiving forms I sent out for signature, and which also required the receiver to input information.

On the returned forms, for some text boxes, the text entered exceeded the area that is viewable on the returned form.

How might I access the portion of the text that ran over?

Unfortunately I don't have the level of access that allows me to run reports of raw data.
