Signer Messaging

After a document is signed, you have the opportunity to interact with your signers in the confirmation pop-up shown to them.

This is not happening? Once a document is signed nothing happens.

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please confirm, if you are referring that the option is missing when you sign a document sent to you for signature?

If yes, in that case, please make sure that the sender of the document has enabled the option in their account settings.

If you are referring otherwise, please let us know the options you have enabled for the signer messaging.

Also, I have checked the email address that you used to login to the forums.

You are using the Adobe Sign trial account under the email address.

Let us know if you are using any subscribed Adobe Sign account.

Thanks Meenakshi,

I do have the enable signer messaging box checked. The feature still does not work.

Hi Matthewl,

It seems that you are referring to the signer messaging options that appear after the document is signed by the signer.

Please check if you have enabled the signer messaging options under the account settings.

Go to Account > Account Settings > Signer Messaging.

Make sure the box for Enable Signer Messaging is checked.

Also, check the box for the options that you wish to appear after the document is signed.
