Signer signed the pdf but status not update to completed

Thank you for reaching out.

The first screenshot does not show if you have selected the document in the list. Ensure that you check the activity for the correct document.

Try checking the activity after you open the document. If the document still shows as out for signature and signed under the Activity, try clearing the cache and cookies for the document. 

Use the new incognito window on the Chrome browser and check if you get the same status.
