Signer unable to apply his signature

I sent a document to 3 different people, 2 signed from a desktop with no problems but the 3rd is having trouble signing from his phone. He is able to access the document, click on the required box and sign but the 'Apply' button does not pop up. The only option he has is 'Cancel'. What could be going on to cause this issue and how can we fix it? He is using the signature draw feature on an iPhone 6s.

Hi Stephe73​,

While drawing the signature there is also at small bar at the top left corner where the Signer needs to enter his name. After which he will be able to apply the Signature on the document.

Hi Stephe73

If the Signer is using Adobe Sign app. on mobile device to Sign the document then once the Signer click on the signature field to Sign the document there will be a box at the top left corner where Signer will have to enter his name and then Type, Draw or Upload the signature. Now Signer will get the option to Apply this signature on the document.

Thank you AadeshSingh, I understand how to sign a document but the problem is that the signer has entered his signature and he is not being given the option to Apply it. It appears that this issue may be in drawing his signature. He was able to type his signature into one of the documents I sent but the same document would not accept his drawn signature.

It is an iPhone 6s, I have no idea which iOS. He is clicking the link in his email which pulls up the document through Safari. He was finally able to get the signature to register by typing instead of drawing. What would prevent a drawn signature from registering as an applicable signature?
