Signers asked to fill out extra boxes?

Hello. I am using Adobe Sign with a PDF document that has a lot of fillable text boxes. The signer of the document "signs" as normal, but instead of being done and the document going to the next person, it just goes to the next box on the PDF. I'm not talking about signature boxes I added with Adobe Sign, but text boxes already in the document. Even after clicking through the whole document, it just goes back to the beginning of the boxes. To clarify, there is only one box for each person to insert their signature, it should not take them anywhere else on the document. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.

As mentioned above, the signers are taken to another form field after signing the document. This happens only when you have assigned the form field to that particular signer.

If you have added the form fields in the PDF and have not assigned it to anyone, it might have been assigned to the first signer.

In both cases, nothing can be done to the form fields at your end. If the first signer has not signed and filed the document, you may cancel it and initiate a new transaction.

Ensure you check all the form fields and to whom it is assgined.
