Signers with no individual email address

As to follow the participants presece to an online workshop , I have to have them all signing electronically.

However, these people are sellers working in the company's shop and don't have any professionel email adresse to have this document sent to (and will not provide their personal email address for doing so) ;

I'm asked to find a solution as to send the doc to the shop manager and have her collegues signing (it can be up to 15-20 different people) on the same doc.

Did you find a solution to this? I'm having the same issue and need a manager to be able to access the document to be filled and signed multiple times for several different employees, as well as any future employees that the organization might hire.

Hi, 

I didn't have either a feedback or and answer so far. 

My solution so far is to include the same email adress multiple time in the receipiecent field. The store manages makes sure it's signed individually by each in-store seller. It's far from being perfect but it's a start.

Acessing the doc is not an issue, since the email sender has a view on the doc each time it is being signed by each.
