Signing a form i.e. Course register

Hi All

I have a form produced fom an acreditaion company which I have to use. It is in a PDF format. I need multipe persons infoamtion. One feild is a signture. All of the other fields can be entered using a keybord but I need to have the delgate sign in the signture field using stylis on a tablet. which programe accepts keybord and stylish inpits
