Question

Signing Client Consent Forms

Hello!

I email documents to clients all the time to fill and sign a contract. But this is usually done well in advance to a service.  However, I will now be changing jobs where I will need my clients to sign consent forms in person before beginning a service. I do not want to use pen and paper. How do I continue using the e-sign method, but without sending the form via email? I want to be able to pull up the form on my Microsoft Surface and have all my clients fill out the form and sign using my Surface.

Thank you in advance.

If you have Acrobat, you can create a PDF form and use the signature tool form manual signatures. You can use the Adobe Fill and sign tool within Reader DC if you have forms that have been created by others.
