Signing documents offsite

Hi,

Our college requires Health and Safety inspections of our work experience and apprenticeships placements annually and we have a dedicated form to complete to ensure everything is in order.  I've created versions which can be accessed either from files or as a web form.

Here's the issue; I've set up a workflow so that the form is signed by the employer, then by our tutor/inspector and finally approved by head office.  Trouble is, we have upwards of 80 tutors who could potentially be the second signatory.

Is there a way to have the option of a list of signers to choose from, or will I have to specify which tutor will fill out the form before they take it out to be signed?

Hi Paul2983824664md,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you are referring that when creating a template, you would like to add list of tutors as second signer from which you can select one of the signer when sending it for signature. It is not possible, you may add signer only. However, you may create list on our end and then copy the email address of the require second signer.

Let us know if you were referring to something else.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
