Signing key provided is invalid

My company's sales team uses Adobe Sign to obtain signatures on service contracts in the field.  Lately, several members of the team have been getting an error that says, "This transaction failed because of a server error: Unable to complete request. Signing key provided is invalid."  It's not happening to everyone, just a select few.  Can anyone tell me what the solution to this is?
