Signing with digital signature

Hello, I have recently been having trouble signing pdfs with my government ID. When i select my credential and click sign it will crash the program.

Troubleshooting steps taken so far are:

Reimage

Install: which did not work

uninstall and reinstall: that did not work.

reimage: that did not work.

someone, please help me!

I would like to add that I did re-install after the second reimage.
