Since the update, acrobat no longer allows me to send a signature to my clients.
I have a message:
Can not send, an error occurred, try again

Hi Viviane-C,

 

Thank you for reaching out.

 

As you have mentioned above, "acrobat no longer allows me to send a signature to my clients." Are you not able to sign the document or you are not able to send the document for signatures? Please confirm.

Also, please share the exact workflow you do that results in the error message.

Hello,

Yes, here is the message I get after entering the email and the message. I did it on 3 different pdf for different emails. This is not the first time I use Adobe Sign, and I can say that now it does not work anymore. Here is the screenshot:
