Singature box on the document but signing the document is outside the standard box

Hello there,

I am producing the following document for signature - see attached image please.

While the template for the client to sign is there, at the bottom right corner in a box, when I try to sign as the client, my signature goes outside the box where it should be. Can you please help as this is quite urgent ?

Hi antigoni​,

Please make sure that you have placed Signature fields on the document, else Adobe Sign will add a Signature block at the end of the document and the same is happening in your case.

On the send page click on " Preview & Add Signature Fields" checkbox and hit next, not place the Signature fields for the Signers on the document.

Hello Antigoni,

This could happen if you have not added the signature field for second signer in the document. By default, Adobe Sign add signature block for any missing signer. Can you confirm and let me know?

Hi Rijul, thanks for your email.

I am not sure I understand what you mean, as we have only *one signature

box* and only one person that the document goes for signature.

Where exactly in the *word *document I have sent, can you see a signature

field for a second signer ? Could you please attach a screenshot

highlighting it ?

Also, just to clarify again, there is one and only one signer, that the

document goes to for signature. And having just one signature block, we

would expect that the sole signatory can sign in that particular block.

I understand the concept of missing signers, but in our case we don't have

any.
