Single Sign account requires two signatures

Question

I have the need for a user to be able to sign the same document twice.

Signer1

Signer2

Signer3

Signer4

Signer2

But when I set this up(me being Signer2), everything goes great until the final signature. I get the error below. Any thoughts??

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked the screenshot of the error message that you have attached with the post. The error occurs when you are signed in with another Adobe Sign account on the same browser where you are opening the document to sign.

Could you please confirm if the email address that appears in the error message is the same that you have added for Signer 2? If not, would you mind sharing both the email address in the private message?
