single sign on issues

we are having issues with a signee not being able to get into Adobe Sign to sign documents.  This is the single sign in document.  She gets an error message.

Thank you for reaching out.

 

As you have mentioned above, the signee is not able to get into Adobe Sign to sign the document.

Could you please ask the user to try to use the alternate browser and check if she can access the document for signature?

Let us know how it goes.

 

If the issue still occurs, please let us know if she is trying to access the document from the Adobe Sign account or she is using the link received in the email.
