How can I skip a signer who is not able to sign and get the rest of the "que" to get their turn?

    Hi Andreas Sveen,

Please go to Manage page of your account > Choose the document > Click on upload a signed copy option at the right-corner

Then browse for the file and save the changes.

Once done, it will skip the signatures of that person in that transaction.

For further help refer this KB doc : Upload a signed copy of an agreement

If you still experience issue, please send a mail to support@echosign.com

    Regards,

    Meenakshi
