porfavor su ayuda, no puedo agregra un archivo para enviarloa firmar, en mi compatura no me deja agregarlo usando la opcion de arrastrar y soltar, y en el telefono mobil si me deja agregar el archvio pero cuando hago el ultimo paso de mandarlo a firmar me manda un mensaje de que ocurrio un error y ya no se envia.

Have you tried sending the document via the Acrobat web account? If not, please try the following steps:

- Open the link: https://adobe.ly/425gpZW

- Sign in with your Adobe credentials.

- Go to the E-Sign tab and select Request e-signatures.

See if you can send the document or not.

 

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in to the community here. There is no active account for Acrobat Sign, which might be the reason for the error. Please try the steps suggested above to get access to a free account.

@julio_7820 are you using both dsktop and mobile? Do you have your work permission? It might be your usr settings may be limited. Is there an error message that you take take a screenshot?
