Have you tried sending the document via the Acrobat web account? If not, please try the following steps:
- Open the link: https://adobe.ly/425gpZW
- Sign in with your Adobe credentials.
- Go to the E-Sign tab and select Request e-signatures.
See if you can send the document or not.
We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in to the community here. There is no active account for Acrobat Sign, which might be the reason for the error. Please try the steps suggested above to get access to a free account.
