spam filter blocks adobesign@adobesign.com

Question

Is there some way to identify a legitamate signing request from "adobesign@adobesign.com", to differentiate it from a phishing attempt?

If not, I'm afraid that we (my company) will have to abandon Adobesign.

Thank you for reaching out.

Please ensure that you add adobesign@adobesign.com to the address book or safe list.

If the email has a stringent security setting that blocks emails with active html links, attachments, or images, then that setting will need to be reduced.

It would be helpful if you could share what happens at our end. It will help us understand the scenario and provide the correct information.
