I want to know the meaning of each status of agreement.

I'm developing a cooperation with Adobe Sign.

I'm trying to divide the processing according to the status, but I'm in trouble because I don't understand the meaning of status.

Did you manage to find out the explanations fot them? Some of them are confusing like "ACCEPTED" and "APPROVED".

I have just received this guidance from Support .

Completed: Charged transaction Canceled: Charged transaction In Process: Charged transaction Expired: Charged transaction

FORM_PROTOTYPE: Not Charged Authoring: Not Charged ABANDONED_BEFORE_SEND: Not Charged PREFILL: Not Charged ARCHIVED: Not Charged 1:53

  1. Authoring- Agreement is in DRAFT state.
  2. Canceled- Agreement sent out for signature is now canceled.
  3. Completed- Agreement is Signed.
  4. Expired- Expiration date was reached for the agreement and is then expired.
  5. FORM_PROTOTYPE- It refers to the Library template. (whenever you create a document library, you get a status FORM_PROTOTYPE in a report.)
  6. In Process- Agreement is Out for Signature.
  7. PREFILL- Agreement is waiting for the sender to prefill information before it's being sent out for signature.
  8. Archived- Deleted documents.

Pending means that this email address is recognized by the system but has never been registered with Adobe Sign or created a Password
