Steps before enabling Automatic Status Updates

Hi,

Can anyone help me out regarding steps to follow before enabling Automatic status updates in Salesforce Adobe Sign application configuration? I've added all network ranges and enabled my Status updates but they are not working in Salesforce as may be i am missing something.
