Stuck in "preparing document" in EchoSign

I receive a monthly statement of work from a client via EchoSign. This month, when I click the hyperlink for signature I can't move past the "preparing document" screen.

The only thing that I can't think of that has changed between now and the last time I successfully signed a doc, was that I cleared all my cookies. The client has sent me updated links; however, nothing has changed.

I'm working on a MacBook Air, OS X, version 10.9.5.

Can anyone please advise? Thank you in advance.

Did you try an alternate browser as well in your Mac to open the document for signature? If the issue still persists, please inbox me below details:

-Sender's email.

-Signer's email.

-Date.

-Name of document.

Thank you Rijul. I messaged the additional information through your Adobe profile. I did try both Chrome and Firefox and neither worked.

I appreciate your response to this issue.

Could you share with us what was the root cause of this issue?

 

We are experiencing the same, but Adobe support does not provide any useful solution. They only told us to try another web browser (which we did, and it makes absolutely no difference)...
