Stuck in Trial Mode??

I upgraded to a paid version of Adobe Sign, however, my account still shows an Enterprise Trial.  I tried signing out and back in several times and cleared the cache.

Any suggestions?

Hi lelkin ,

Please be informed Signer doesn't require to have an Adobe Sign account to Sign the document.

If the Signer has Signed up, there is no issue with it.

Sign simply needs to follow the below steps to Sign the document:

- Sign an agreement |Adobe Sign

The problem is that the signer is receiving error messages and is not able to sign the document either as a link on the email or as a user signed into Adobe.  There is a problem with the account.  How can I have this corrected?  We are now at a standstill.

Hi lelkin,

Please ask the Signer to try an alternate web browser, prefer Google Chrome incognito Window.

If the issue persist, please share the screenshot of the error page.

While we were in enterprise trial mode, one of our signers set up an account.  We would like to remove the access so that the signer can just sign documents through email without signing in.  How can we do this?

Thanks
