Stuck Waiting for External Signature - BUT it's signed!

Hi Adobe Community,Anyone have any thoughts on this issue I'm having in my small business? * When External signatory is emailed and signs, the status does not update in our system, but updates in Adobe . *When Internal signatory signs, the status does not update in our system but updates in Adobe .* Emails are sent from Adobe to External and Internal signatories stating that workflow is complete.* Our system remains stuck in "WAITING FOR EXTERNAL SIGNATURE"* Everything on ADOBE side seems good- what am I missing? Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

As mentioned above, the signature workflow does not update on your system.

Would you mind confirming what you mean by "status does not update in our system, but updates in Adobe"?

How exactly are you sending documents for signature? Please let us know the Adobe Acrobat Service plan you are using.

It would be helpful if you could share the screenshots of the status update you are referring to.
