Support - Lack of

The login to my main account does not work, I keep getting an error message. I try calling support and literally waited on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up. You cannot contact them via their site either. The only people I can contact is their sales teams. I was thinking about buying other products but I don't think I will now, their support is horrible.
