Teams Approval App - Adobe Sign - Loop

Hi,

 

We have one staff member who is unable to sign in to Adobe Sign from Microsoft Teams Approval App. They will get the sign in page, and a constant loop of entering their username and password.

 

Their username and password works for Adobe Pro and the Adobe website. 

 

It's the same process we used for two other users and no issues.

    I am having exactly the same issue... it has been working but now it seems to be in a constant loop. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

    It was happening to just one staff remember. I removed their license for Adobe Sign and assigned it back after a few minutes. Fixed the issue, but not sure what the actual issue was.
