Template not saving forms

Hi,

As specified by the headline, after spending 30 minutes on adding forms to our template - when i go to "manage" "templates" and then press open on the template i created - none of the forms are there! The document is there however - it is not fillable within the signing and sending process.

Exteremly frustrating. Is there a solution to this?
