Hello!

If I create the templates for my team, are they able to revise and make changes to the template if I am out of office? Let's say some verbiage has to be added to a template I created. Will they be able to revise and edit, or will they have to create a new template with the changes?

@vanessa_8812 yes, with the right permissions and account setup, your team members can revise and make changes to templates you create, even if you are out of the office. I would strongly recommend to work with your Adobe Acrobat Sign administrator to ensure the correct sharing and editing permissions are in place for your team's workflow.

@creative explorer An example: I created a client form template that had certain verbiage text, and the client came back and wanted more verbiage added. I was away, so no one could revise the doc and add text to the template in Adobe sign. So in this scenario, they will have to download the original doc, add new verbiage, and then upload it back into Adobe Sign, correct?

Hi @vanessa_8812,

In addition to the comments by Creative Explorer, you will need to create a library template and allow others in your organisation to manage it.

Steps can be found here: https://adobe.ly/44H1JC2

Hope this clarifies your question.

Souvik.
