Text Box Disappearing in Web Form

We created a web form in Adobe Sign for recipients to fill out, when they fill out the form there is a large text box on the third page. When the recipients have finished filling out the document and it goes to the signer, the text box and the text in it is no longer there. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
