Text Disappearing from Adobe Sign Template

I have created a PDF document that needs to be signed by others so I uploaded it to Adobe Sign. Once I go to use the template, the text in some places disappears and when I go to send it the text is still gone.

Please let us know how the form was created. Did you check if the issue occurs with a particular template or with all?

Could you please share the screenshot of how the text appears in the document? It would be helpful if you could share the PDF document so we can check it.

The form was converted over from an Excel spreadsheet to PDF with Adobe, and then edited and updated through Adobe before uploading to Adobe Sign to be turned into a template. The form is for internal use so it would be best to not upload it publiclly.
