text not showing up when converted to pdf

I swear their is a ghost or something wreaking havoc; this is so weird.

I have now made a document using "fill & sign" on cloud adobe.

I have used it a BUNCH of time.

I now see that when I download and then open that download, half of my "zero" doesn't show up on the doc.

I have moved the text and made the font smaller, but still that zero does not show up.

Here a screen shot of my doc....note there is plenty of margin on both sides of the text.
