Text Tag Help

Hi - I am looking for some guidance with text tags.

Is there a text tag to show the date in which the document was generated/sent to the signer? I am looking to prefill and make it read only. I ask because there is a delay when our system generates the document (potentially with a static date) and when the document is ultimately sent. Therefore a dynamic text tag is preferred.
