The ability to pause the signature process and continue (Adobe Sign)

Hello. I want to organize my workflow through Adobe Sign. Is it possible to start process with a signature by one employee today, then continue with another one, and finish again by the first employee. I have steps that we process now, and steps that we process tomorow. I need the ability to pause the signature process with saving today, and the ability to continue it at any time with any emploee.
